We inform the user that all images, videos and comments sent through the app must be treated in accordance with the provisions of Law 1/1982 of 5th May of Civil Protection, honor, personal and family privacy, and reputation.

In terms of what has been stipulated in the current regulations on the protection of personal data, we inform that the personal data has the only purpose to be able to manage their request as well as send technical information, operational, by any means, including email and/or equivalent means, about the services, promotions and news that we consider of their interest. The users, in case they provided their email address to access some of our services can say that they do not wish to receive any type of communication through that medium, provided it is not strictly related to the purpose of the requested service . Regarding the commercial communications sent via e-mail or equivalent, the users give us their consent to send advertising through this medium. We also inform that they can exercise the revocation of their authorization without retroactive effect by writing to the address indicated below.

OXITGRUP is committed to compliance with its obligation of confidentiality of personal data and its duty to protect them; and will take the actions needed to prevent tampering, lost, treatment or unauthorized access, taking into acount at all times the state of technology, fulfilling the technical security measures, organizational legally settled.

The user, in any case, will answer to the veracity of the information provided. OXITGRUP reserves itself the right to exclude the registered services to any user who has provided false information, without prejudice to other legal actions. It is recommended to take the utmost care regarding Data Protection through the use of security tools, not being able to blame OXITGRUP for subtractions, modification or loss of illicit data.

Likewise, we inform that they have the possibility to exercise at any time and free of charge, their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of their data and revocation of their authorization without retroactive effect, in the terms specified in the Law, in accordance with the procedure established by law, through an email to info@oxitgrup.com or by writing to the address indicated at the beginning of this Privacy Policy.

S'informa a l'usuari que totes les imatges, vídeos i comentaris que s’envien a través de l’app hauran de ser tractats de conformitat amb el que hi ha disposat en la llei 1/1982, de 5 de maig, de protecció civil, de l'honor, a la Intimitat personal i Familiar, i a la Pròpia Imatge.

A efectes del que s'ha disposat en la normativa vigent relativa a la protecció de dades de caràcter personal, li informem que les dades personals aportades tenen com a única finalitat la de poder gestionar la seva petició, així com enviar-li informació tècnica, operativa, per qualsevol mitjà, inclòs el correu electrònic i/o mitjà equivalent, sobre serveis, promocions i novetats que considerem del seu interès. L'usuari, en cas que hagués facilitat la seva adreça de correu electrònic per accedir a alguns dels nostres serveis podrà manifestar que no desitja rebre cap tipus de comunicació a través d'aquell mitjà de comunicació, sempre que no estigui lligat estrictament a la finalitat pel que s'ha sol·licitat el servei.. En el cas de comunicacions comercials enviades a través de correu electrònic o mitjà equivalent, l'Usuari ens dóna el seu consentiment exprés per a l'enviament de publicitat a través d'aquest mitjà. Així mateix, l'informarem que pot exercir la revocació de la seva autorització sense efectes retroactius mitjançant un escrit dirigit a l'adreça indicada més a baix.

OXITGRUP es compromet al compliment de la seva obligació de secret de les dades de caràcter personal i al seu deure de guardar-los; i adoptarà les accions necessàries per evitar la seva alteració, pèrdua, tractament o accés no autoritzat, tenint en compte en tot moment l'estat de la tecnologia, complint amb les mesures de seguretat tècniques, organitzatives legalment establertes.

L'Usuari respondrà, en qualsevol cas, de la veracitat de les dades facilitades, reservant-se a OXITGRUP el dret d’excluir dels serveis registrats a tot usuari que hagi facilitat dades falses, sense perjudici per les altres accions legals. Es recomana tenir la màxima diligència en matèria de Protecció de Dades mitjançant l’utilització d'eines de seguretat, no podent responsabilitzar a OXITGRUP de substraccions, modificacions o pèrdues de dades il·lícites. Així mateix, li informem que vostè té la possiblitat d'exercitar en tot moment i de forma gratuïta, els seus drets d'accés, rectificació, cancel·lació i oposició de les seves dades i revocació de la seva autorització sense efectes retroactius, en els termes especificats en la Llei, conforme al procediment legalment establert, mitjançant un escrit dirigit a info@oxitgrup.com o a l'adreça indicada a l’inici del present Avís Legal.
